Nicoal C. Sperrazza is an attorney with 3i Law. She began her legal career in civil litigation but expanded her focus to include family law within a couple of years of beginning her practice. Ms. Sperrazza is known for the personal care and attention she provides to her clients who are facing difficult life transitions whether it is a contract dispute or a dissolution of marriage. April Greene Apking is an attorney with 3i Law. She brings over a decade of legal experience to the firm with an emphasis in the areas of business and corporate, immigration, and space and telecommunications. Ms. Greene Apking works with businesses in applying for various visas for employees and with individuals in applying for visas, permanent residence, and naturalization. In addition, she has represented clients in immigration court as well as before the Board of Immigration Appeals and Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to joining 3i Law, James “Pat” Vandello served as an Immigration Judge for over thirty years. He helps lead the firm’s immigration practice which focuses on all facets of immigration and nationality law including advising individuals and business clients on family and business immigration petitions, removal hearings, and appellate and motions practice. Mr. Vandello also advises other attorneys and practitioners on immigration laws and issues.
